Realising that Sammy has the same smile I had as a kid

Watching Sammy's face light up when he sees me after I have been away for a little while.

Trying Japanese pancakes for the first time, made by 3 Japanese students staying with us!

Feeding Sammy at Westfield Chermside food court and realising that it's not just the 2 of us that will eat there - as it has been for many years - it'll be the 3 of us now, for a long time.

Getting Sammy's Australian citizen certificate in the mail and then getting his first passport application lodged with it.

Watching Marianne receive birthday gifts :)

Making the pool water turn clear after adding 20 litres of Chlorine (it was a little green)

Spending the evening in the pool and teaming up with Rhiannon in a water fight with Zara and Andrew. Then pizza when we got out at 10:30!

Having lunch bought for us when not expecting it by Zara & Andrew @ the Groove Train Northlakes

Pizza on a night other than pizza night because pizza night is Indian Friday:)

Finished the floor to ceiling bookcase!

Getting a new design made ! Yay!

Feeding Sammy is always so much fun. I think I enjoy it more than he does!

Going for an early evening walk with Marianne and Sammy, and watching how Sammy was so fascinated with everything he saw, as we had turned his pram seat around to face the direction we pushed him.

Waking up and not having to get up

Watching Sammy fall asleep on my arm when it was just us this morning

Tonight we had dinner together at the table as a family for the first time. (we usually ate in front of the tv and Sammy has only just started solid food. It was nice.

Having sammy sleep on my chest on the couch for nearly 2 hours this morning.

We received chocolate and marzipan from Norway!
